SAN FRANCISCO – The Pac-12 Conference released its all-conference team recipients on Tuesday and Arizona’s Alex Parkhurst was named to the second team for the second straight season.
It’s the 12th time an Arizona player has been named to the all-conference team since the conference began handing out the awards in 2016. She joins Madison Witt and McKenna Witt (2016, 2017) to be named all-conference twice.
The junior from Tucson was 14-14 playing on court one against the top opposing pairs each time out in 2022. She had two wins over Arizona State this season as well as a thrilling win over Cal in the Pac-12 Tournament to help the Wildcats to their first-ever dual win over the Golden Bears.
So far in her career, she has logged 40 wins which ranks in the top 15 in program history.
