STANFORD, Calif. – Opposite Kendall Kipp led all players with 19 kills as No. 8 Stanford swept Colorado, 25-16, 26-24, 25-20, Sunday, at Maples Pavilion.
Stanford (18-4) won its 12th straight match and improved to 13-1 in the Pac-12, holding a two-match lead in the conference standings with six matches remaining.
Kipp’s 19 kills came on a .378 attack percentage. The Newport Beach native also had six digs, three blocks and an ace to lead the Cardinal. Outside hitter Caitie Baird added 14 kills on .375 hitting, five digs, two blocks and an ace.

Stanford hit .336 as a team, while holding Colorado (16-8, 8-6 Pac-12) to a .175 clip. The Cardinal registered 7.0 blocks, five aces and held a 55-45 advantage in digs.
Setter Kami Miner turned in her team-best eighth double-double of the year with 40 assists and 12 digs. The sophomore also tallied three kills and a pair of blocks. Libero Elena Oglivie led the defense with a match-high 15 digs to go with six assists and an ace.
