The 2022-23 SUNY Cortland C-Club Senior and Rookie Athlete of the Year winners have been announced. Men’s basketball forward/guard Austin Grunder (Trumansburg/Charles O. Dickerson) is the Male Senior Athlete of the Year and women’s soccer forward Jaden Galluzzo (Commack) is the Female Senior Athlete of the Year. Men’s track and field thrower Isaiah Brunache (Bennington, VT/Mount Anthony Union) is the Male Rookie Athlete of the Year and women’s volleyball middle blocker Emma Reilly (Massapequa Park/Massapequa) is the Female Rookie Athlete of the Year.
The finalists were announced for each of the four awards in April, but the winners were not chosen until the entire spring season was completed.
