AUSTIN, Texas — 11th-ranked Washington State volleyball (10-1) picked up its third consecutive top-25 win and its second straight over the AVCA Top-10 after a come-from-behind, 3-1, win Friday night on the road at sixth-ranked Texas (5-3). WSU hit .226 as a tam. while holding the Longhorns to just .166 hitting and tallying 16 total blocks as a team in front of a hostile crowd in the Gregory Gymnasium.
Iman Isanovic led Washington State with 13 kills and Magda Jehlarova finished with 12 kills and nine blocks on the night. The Cougars trailed by a set and were down 18-11 in the second set, before outscoring Texas 9-2 down the stretch to even the match at one set apiece.
