Clement spent her first two seasons at Stetson, playing on the top court for the entirety of the 2024 season with a 20-12 record. Prior to college, she graduated from Strathcona High School and earned honours with distinction during her schooling. She won the U15 Division I Provincials and was named the MVP. She was the U18 indoor and provincial champion in 2019 and helped her indoor team to be city champions in 2021. Her parents are Melissa and Curtis and she has one younger sister, Addison. Her father played indoor volleyball at Red Deer College.
