Jennifer Walker will step into an assistant position at Wartburg after leading the Knights as head coach or co-head coach from 1998-2024. Walker’s 27-year tenure as Wartburg head coach was the second-longest active streak in Regions VIII/IX, trailing only Illinois Wesleyan’s Kim Nelson-Brown, who has led the Titans since 1996.
Doug Frazell, who paired with Walker as co-head coach since 2014, is no longer at Wartburg, according to an X post by KWAY Radio.
