Al-Gharafa Sports Club organized the 8th Volleyball Festival for Kids Under 13 with the use of a 4×4 system, with the cooperation and close supervision of the Qatar Volleyball Association, headed by Ali Ghanem Al-Kuwari.
Also attending the one-day festival consisted of QVA Secretary General Mr Yousef Ahmed Kano, Hamad Al Falasi, Head of Volleyball at Al-Gharafa Club, and Khalifa Al Abdali, Volleyball Administrator at Al-Gharafa Sports Club.
The activities of the festival on Saturdaybegan with the national anthem of the State of Qatar and the launch of the festival matches for 9 clubs: Al-Wakra, Al-Gharafa, Al-Rayyan, Al-Sadd, Qatar, Al-Arabi, Al-Khor, Al-Shamal and Al-Ahly.
At the end of the festival, Mr Hamad Al Falasi, Head of Volleyball at Al-Gharafa Sports Club, presented Mr Yousef Ahmed Kano, with the club’s shield, and honored the participating referees, technical committees, participating club teams and their assistants.
