Anna Long has been named to the CCSA Preseason Watch List the conference office released Wednesday.
Long, a sophomore from Lakeside Park, Ky., was the only true freshman in the starting lineup for post season conference and national tournament play for the Seminoles last year. She earned a spot on the CCSA All-Freshman Team after posting a 19-13 record in 2022, which included seven wins against top-10 opponents.
