The Brenau University volleyball team and head coach Michael Carter announce the signing of Denai Beckford to the 2021-22 signing class.
Beckford, the daughter of Brenda and Paul Beckford, is a student-athlete from Chapel High School in Douglasville, Ga. While at Chapel Hill, the defensive specialist was a All-Region performer and two-year team captain
When asked about her commitment to Brenau, Beckford noted, “It has been my dream to play volleyball in college since I began playing the sport. I have worked hard to get to this level and I am so excited to start this journey playing as a Golden Tiger for Brenau University! I will continue to work hard and push to be the best teammate that I can be”.
Beckford plans on majoring in biology and is the fifth signee for the volleyball team for 2022-23.
