INDIANAPOLIS — The Great Lakes Valley Conference announced Monday (Oct. 23) that Lewis women’s volleyball player Bella Ray (Plainfield, Ill./Joliet Catholic) was named Molten GLVC Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week for her performance against Indianapolis last Saturday (Oct. 21).
Ray recorded 18 kills with a .571 attack percentage during Lewis’ 3-1 victory over the Greyhounds. The senior also recorded two blocks and picked up a service ace.
Ray currently ranks sixth in the GLVC in attack percentage (.349) and ninth in blocks (53).
