TEMPE – The first Big 12 matches in program history for No. 14 Sun Devil Volleyball are this week as Arizona State takes its four-match winning streak on the road to No. 22 TCU on Wednesday and No. 19 Baylor on Friday.

Wednesday’s match at TCU will be on ESPNU at 8 p.m. CDT/6 p.m. MST at Schollmaier Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. On Friday, Arizona State will be at Baylor and will be on ESPN+ live from the Ferrell Center at 7 p.m. CDT/5 p.m. MST.

Sun Devil Outlook
No. 14 Arizona State (11-1, 0-0 Big 12)
- The Sun Devils played their first matches at home last weekend, hosting the Webb-Burbridge Invitational and going 3-0. They swept all three teams and have won four in a row, all in three sets.
- Graduate setter Argentina Ung was named the Webb-Burbridge Invitational MVP, while graduate middle blocker Savannah Kjolhede and graduate libero Mary Shroll were on the all-tournament team.
- The Sun Devils have had eight sweeps his season and are 10-0 when winning the first set.
- Shroll has been a dominant force in the back row this season for ASU. She leads the team in digs with 191, the only player in triple digits so far. She has notched double-digit digs in every match and has a streak of 14 in a row dating back to last season, which is the longest such streak of her career. Additionally, she has had three matches with 20 or more digs, one more already than last year.
- Both starting outside hitters for Arizona State have surpassed 100 kills on the year. Senior Geli Cyr leads the charge with 126, while graduate Shania Cromartie has 104.
- Ung has paced the offense this season as the starting setter. She is exactly 100 assists away from 3,000 career assists. She also has been productive offensively, currently averaging 1.13 kills per set. Additionally, she is tied for the team high in aces with 14, knotted up with redshirt-freshman Brynn Covell.
- ASU assistant coach Preslie Anderson has ties to both teams this weekend. She was a volunteer assistant with TCU in 2022 and she played for Baylor for two seasons from 2020-21.
