Cats Swept by No. 5 Oregon

 EUGENE, Ore. – Arizona fell in three sets to No. 5 Oregon (24-26, 8-25, 15-25) on Friday night.
 
Jaelyn Hodge, Sofia Maldonado Diaz, and Jordan Wilson had eight kills each.
 
Oregon won the first set, 26-24. Arizona held the lead for most of the set until the Ducks on an ace to make it 20-19. Maldonado Diaz and Wilson had five kills each for the Cats.
 
Arizona lost the second set, 8-25. Oregon jumped out to an early lead and the Wildcats hit -.036 in the set.
 
The Wildcats lost Set 3, 15-25, to lose the match. Arizona had the lead early in the set but Oregon went on a 8-0 run to take the lead. Hodge had four kills in the set to lead the Cats.  
 
Arizona will face Oregon State at 12 p.m. MST in Corvallis on Sunday on Pac-12 Arizona.
