The FIVB and ITA offer the five-part multi-lingual seminar series to various stakeholders

The FIVB and International Testing Agency (ITA) have announced this year’s series of webinars available to all members of the global Volleyball Family, including athletes, National Federations, coaches, referees, medical staff, FIVB licensed agents and Instructors.
The five-part multi-lingual seminar series tackles anti-doping, the principles of clean sport, doping control processes and out-of-competition testing.
The International Federation (IF) Webinar Series is available to the FIVB’s stakeholders as part of the partnership between the FIVB and ITA, which saw the delegation of the FIVB global anti-doping testing programme to the ITA from the beginning of 2023, while retaining results management of any potential anti-doping rule violations.
The FIVB encourages its stakeholders to participate in all five webinars which will be presented in English with simultaneous interpretation available in Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish. Stakeholders that attend all five seminars will be awarded a certificate of completion.

Introduction to anti-doping (Overview of the system, rights and responsibilities, ADRVs) – Tuesday, 9 April 2024 (14h00 – 15h00 CET)
The Doping Control Process (Includes testing procedures (urine and blood) and ABP) – Tuesday, 16 April (14h00 – 15h00 CET)
Medications, Supplements, Prohibited List and TUEs (includes the Principle of Strict Liability) – Tuesday, 23 April (14h00 – 15h00 CET)
Values, Consequences, and Reporting (Includes decision-making and athlete testimonials) – Tuesday, 30 April (14h00 – 15h00 CET)
Out-of-Competition Testing (Includes requirements of RTP/TP, whereabouts, use of ADAMS) – Tuesday, 7 May (14h00 – 15h00 CET)
