Looking to build upon an NIVC postseason appearance to end last season, the Clemson volleyball team departs on a 15-day foreign tour across Europe armed with nine returners from 2022 and 10 newcomers, including three transfers. The team will use the 15-day trip to bond while competing on the volleyball court and while sightseeing through three countries.
The team will depart on June 2 and return on June 17.
The Tigers will tour France, Croatia and Bosnia on its first trip out of the country since the team traveled to Europe visiting the likes of Dublin, Amsterdam, Croatia and more in June 2019.
While in Europe, Clemson will participate in multiple clinics, training and tournaments. Even though the Tigers will be using this trip to help prepare themselves for the upcoming fall, head coach Jackie Simpson Kirr is looking forward to the bonding opportunities away from the court.
