EUGENE, Ore. – The 28-match schedule for the Oregon beach volleyball team begins Feb. 23-24 at the Green Wave Invitational, hosted by Tulane in Elmwood, La. The Ducks’ schedule also features a pair of home dates and seven matches against teams that played in last year’s NCAA Tournament.
Oregon will face seven first-time opponents including all five teams scheduled for the season-opening round robin in Louisiana. The Ducks open the year against Stephen F. Austin followed by matches with host Tulane, North Alabama, Southeastern Louisiana and New Orleans.
The Ducks will host Corban on March 21 in Eugene. Senior day is scheduled for April 9 when the team hosts Bushnell at Amazon Park.
This year’s Pac-12 South weekend (March 9-10) in Tempe, Ariz., will be carried by the Pac-12 Networks. Oregon will face UCLA, Stanford, Cal and USC. The Pac-12 North weekend is April 5-6, hosted in Seattle.
Additional first-time opponents on this year’s schedule are TCU and Georgia State. Oregon will take on the Horned Frogs at the Battle for the Bay (March 1-2) and play GSU at the Alki Beach Invitational (April 12-13).
The Ducks also have road trips to the Boise State Beach Classic (March 29-30) to face host Boise State and UC Davis, and up I-5 to play Portland (April 20) in the team’s regular-season finale.
The 2024 Pac-12 Championship will be contested April 24-26 in Tempe, Ariz.
This season marks the program’s third under head coach Jason Dillard. Oregon enters the year having recorded double-digit wins for the first time in program history including a UO-high 14 wins in 2022.
