EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon beach volleyball team travels to Boise, Idaho, this weekend for the City of Trees Classic, the team’s second tournament of the fall season. Play begins Saturday at 8 a.m. (PT).
Along with the Ducks, the City of Trees Classic will feature pairs from Utah and host Boise State. Click HERE to follow live results during the weekend. Oregon pairings will be announced prior to Saturday’s action.
The two-day fall tournament will consist of three divisions—Gold, Silver and Bronze—with pool play on Saturday. Brackets based on pool results will then play out Sunday to determine division champions.
The Ducks opened their fall season at the Alki Pairs (Oct. 7-8) in Seattle, Wash. On the final day of the tournament, Jensen Kaelin and Ashley Schroeder picked up a win over UO teammates Bella Gamache and Alina Valenti in the Gold ‘C’ final. Landree Coats and Natasha George won the Silver ‘D’ division.
Fans attending the Boise tournament may utilize free parking in the Lincoln Garage. Once parked, fans can enter their license plate number into the kiosk and select the ‘beach volleyball’ option.
