Faville Named to All-CC First Team

Muhlenberg junior Alyssa Faville was named to the All-Centennial Conference volleyball first team.

Faville moved up to the first team after earning honorable mention in 2021. She leads the CC by a wide margin in both digs (522, second place has 435) and digs per set (5.67, second place is at 4.71). Her average is the second best all-timeΒ for a single season in program history, and her total is third best. Faville’sΒ digs average ranks 19th in Division III.

FavilleΒ recorded double digits in digs in all but three of the Mules’ 26 matches, with a high of 42 in a five-set win at Penn State Berks, and had at least 20 digs in 13 matches. She also led Muhlenberg with 47 service aces and was second with 74 assists.

Through two season, Faville has 947 career digs, good for 18th place on the Mules’ all-time list.

Faville is the first Muhlenberg libero named to the All-CC first team since 2009. Her defense helped lead Muhlenberg to a CC playoff berth.
