FRA M: In Round 23 of Ligue A, Tours and Chaumont suffered defeats

Four games of  Round 23 of Ligue A  were played on Saturday following match played a day earlier in which Narbonne defeated Montpellier in a tie break.

Plessis-Robinson defeated league leaders Tours in a thrilling five-set game (25-21, 23-25, 19-25, 27-25, 15-13), with Aboubacar Drame Neto of Tours finishing as the top scorer with 23 points and Hugo de Leon Bozo being the most effective player for the winning side with 20 points. Meanwhile, Poitiers, who failed to qualify for the Coupe de France Final, celebrated a great home win against Chaumont, winning in five sets (25:20, 25:21, 18:25, 23:25, 15:12) . In the other two matches, Tourcoing won in Nice in straight sets while Saint-Nazaire defeated the last-placed team Cambrai 3-0 (26-24, 25-14, 25-18).
