Meanwhile, Tours defeated Montpellier in three sets with scores of 27-25, 25-19, and 25-14, taking a 2-0 lead in their series.
In another game, Narbonne hosted Tourcoing, who emerged victorious in straight sets with a score of 0-3 (15-25, 20-25, 23-25), tying the series at 1-1.
