Kansas City, MO –The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), named their volleyball athlete of the week honors today, February 28th. Zeo Meyer has earned the honors for the first time in his volleyball career as a Viking, as Setter of the Week.
In three games Meyer posted 139 assists averaging out to 11.58 per set. 12 kills and 27 digs. Meyer only committed 5 errors in all 3 contests. Meyer currently ranks 1st in the conference, and 4th overall for assists tallying 525 total.
The Vikings will be on the road this evening as they take on Clarke University. They will travel to Oskaloosa, IA for a rematch against the Statesmen on Friday.
