MPSF/MOLTEN OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
UCLA redshirt senior middle blocker Merrick McHenry (Bedford, TX) registered 19 kills on 29 swings, with two errors, to hit .586 for the week as the Bruins moved into first-place in the MPSF with a pair of wins over No. 3 Grand Canyon (Apr. 5-6). McHenry tied his season-highs of 14 kills and three aces in the five-set win, with two of those three aces during a fifth-set service run which produced five-straight points to break a 5-5 tie. His 18 points also marked a season-high. He has now hit at least .400 in each of his last 21 matches. This is the fifth career MPSF weekly award for McHenry, including three this year.

NATHAN LIETZKE OF STANFORD
MPSF/MOLTEN DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Stanford fifth-year setter Nathan Lietzke (Austin, TX) led the team defensively in a pair of road wins at Concordia, averaging 2.00 digs and 0.78 blocks per set. He recorded his team-leading seventh double-double of the season in the five-set win, totaling 46 assists and 12 digs to go with two blocks. He followed up with six digs and five blocks in the four-set win. The outcomes marked the first Stanford wins at Concordia in the series history. This is the third career MPSF weekly award for Lietzke, each this year.
