MPSF/MOLTEN OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Pepperdine junior setter Bryce Dvorak (Newport Beach, CA) guided an MPSF season-best .539 (48-7-76) team hitting percentage in a straight-set home win over Emmanuel-GA (Jan. 14). Of the Waves’ 12 attackers, seven had at least four kills with better than a .364 hitting percentage, while five players hit above .500. He also pushed the Waves to a .443 team hitting clip in a 3-0 win over The Master’s (Jan. 13). Dvorak averaged 12.20 assists per set and added four service aces last week. This is the fourth career MPSF weekly award for Dvorak.

JUSTIN LUI OF STANFORD
MPSF/MOLTEN DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Stanford redshirt-senior libero Justin Lui (Pickering, Ontario, Canada) picked up a conference season-high 19 digs in the five-set win over No. 10 UC Santa Barbara (Jan. 14). He averaged 2.88 digs per set in the two-match series win, and was perfect on serve-receive for the second-straight week with zero reception errors on a combined 43 attempts. This is the fourth career MPSF weekly award for Lui, including a repeat of last week.
