Nottingham set for 2023 Silver Nations League > World ParaVolleyWorld ParaVolley

The 2023 Silver Nations League is set to take place in Nottingham, England from May 19-21 with a total of nine participating teams.

In the men’s competition, defending champions Poland will be challenged by 2021 gold medallists and returnees Hungary, alongside Italy and last year’s bronze medallists Latvia. Also contending spots on the podium are 2021 runners-up Slovenia and hosts Great Britain.

The women’s tournament features three teams, including 2021 Silver Nations League winners Hungary, France and hosts Great Britain. Last year’s winners Germany played in the Golden Nations League last April.

The three-day competition will be played in a single-round robin pool per gender, followed by the medal matches. The top two men’s teams will vie for gold, with the third- and fourth-ranked teams clashing for bronze. The top two women’s teams will play for gold.
