SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas) student-athlete Angelina Martinez passed away on Sunday, Oct. 9, from injuries sustained in a car accident in Northside San Antonio.
Martinez was a member of the Saints volleyball team for three seasons from 2019-2021.She joined the team after graduating from Ronald Reagan High School In San Antonio. She was a kinesiology major.
A prayer service was held on Monday at 4 p.m. in Sacred Heart Chapel on the OLLU campus. Funeral arrangements are pending. A GoFund Me page has been created and those interested can donate here: https://gofund.me/25950529.
