Dickinson, ND – After falling behind two sets to none, the Presentation College Saints roared back to force a fith set before ultimately falling to Dickinson State by a score of 19-25, 25-27, 25-22, 25-20, 15-17.
The Saints were led offensively by Ashley Alfonso, Constence Rollins, and Becca Payne. Alfonso and Rollins each totaled 12 kills, while Payne had 11. Olivia Corey had a team high 31 assists.
Defensively the Saints had two players with 15 digs each, Laura Babcock and Kenzie Kuxhaus. As a team the Saints had 10 solo blocks, with Rollins accounting for three of them. Saige Jones, Kerstin Knopik, and Payne each totaled two..
Up Next: The Saints will stay in North Dakota as they take on Valley City State at 3pm on Saturday October 9. They will then return home on Tuesday October 12 to host Mayville State University.. The Saints lost to Mayville earlier in the season in four sets.
