MADISON, Wis. — Third-ranked Wisconsin (23-3, 17-1 B1G) wraps up the regular season and a chance at its fourth-straight Big Ten championship with two road matches this weekend. The Badgers travel to No. 5 and Big Ten second-place  team Nebraska (24-3, 16-2) on Friday. First serve is at 8 p.m. from Devaney Center in Lincoln, Nebraska, live on the Big Ten Network. On Saturday, UW travels to No. 8 Ohio State (19-7, 15-3). First serve is at 6 p.m. CT from Covelli Center in Columbus, Ohio, live on the Big Ten Network. 

1. 16 MATCHES AND COUNTING: Wisconsin extended its winning streak to 16 matches with two wins last week, sweeping Rutgers and edging No. 14 Penn State, 3-2. The active win streak ranks fourth on the UW record list and ties for fifth nationally.  



2. BIG TEN TITLE COMES DOWN TO TWO MATCHES:
The 2022 Big Ten championship comes down to the final week of the season as the top-three teams have a chance to win the title. Wisconsin is one match ahead of second-place Nebraska and two matches ahead of third-place Ohio State but has to play at both opponents this week.

3. ELITE COMPANY:
The Badgers have a chance to win their fourth-straight Big Ten title and would become just the second conference school to win four championships in a row. Penn State won four in a row from 1996-99 and eight in a row from 2003-10.  

4. DIESEL DAN! Over the last four matches, grad student Danielle Hart is error free in her hitting, connecting on .706 (36-0-51) percent of her attacks. The 6-foot-4 middle blocker tied her career high with 13 kills at Penn State last Saturday and also had 10 kills vs. Maryland on Nov. 12. Hart is averaging 2.57 kills per set over the stretch.



5. IZZY WITH THE ACE:
Senior Izzy Ashburn is one of the best Badger servers ever, ranking fourth with 153 career service aces. She needs one ace to move into third, a position currently held by Susan Wohlford (1988-91) with 154 service aces. Marisa Mackey (1995-98) is second on the list with 158 aces while Margie Kaminski (1984-87) holds the record with 166 service aces.
