ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa.– The Elizabethtown College men’s volleyball team placed seven players on the 2024 Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) All-Academic Team. A total of 58 student-athletes from the conference were named All-Academic.
Juniata College led all CVC programs with 18 players earning honors while Southern Virginia had 11 players with the honor. Players are nominated by their head coaches and must carry a cumulative GPA of at least 3.3 for the academic year.
Representing Etown is graduate student, Alex Finch . Juniors, Ethan Scott and Trey Weedon earned the honor for the second time while Ben Robbins earned his third consecutive. Kyle McKiernan also earns his second after earning the honor his freshman year. Sophomores, Dustin Hagin and Cole Burkhardt make their second appearance on the All-Academic Team.
