On Friday’s scrimmage at the Hearnes Center…

“I’m really pleased with the group’s performance tonight. They have been getting after it this past week in practice and their performances proved that. To play four different lineups and have each lineup work together to overcome adversity shows how tight this group is. Looking forward to our next opportunity to compete at Iowa State this Friday!”

UP NEXT

The Tigers get a final preseason tune-up Aug. 19 at Iowa State for an exhibition match. First serve in Ames, Iowa, is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT.

Mizzou travels to South Dakota for the South Dakota Invitational from Aug. 26-28. The Tigers will open the 2022 campaign against Northern Kentucky, followed by two contests against Louisville and South Dakota.
