Transylvania’s Ward named AVCA Player of the Week

Transylvania junior setter Grace Ward was tabbed AVCA Division III Player of the Week for matches played Oct. 24-30.

Ward averaged 12.67 assists and 2.33 digs per set as the Pioneers swept all three opponents last week, including Washington-St. Louis and Mount St. Joseph, en route to clinching the HCAC title.
