GULF SHORES, Ala. – The third-seeded and No. 3-ranked USC beach volleyball team (29-5) claimed a 3-0 win over 14th-seeded No. 13 Georgia State (20-17) in the NCAA Championship round of 16 at Gulf Beach Place on Friday, May 5. The Women of Troy advance to the quarterfinal where they will face either sixth-seeded Loyola Marymount (28-8) or No. 11-seed Hawai’i (27-8).
