Volleyball Drops Two in Baltimore

The Muhlenberg volleyball team dropped a pair of matches to tough competition.

The Mules (11-10, 3-4) fell in three sets to five-time defending Centennial Conference champion Johns Hopkins before getting swept by defending MAC Commonwealth champion Eastern.

Sophomore Esmae Oehler led the Muhlenberg attack with 18 kills in the two matches.

Senior Emma Eglinton totalled 28 assists in the two matches to surpass 1,700 in her career and move into seventh place on the Mules’ all-time list. Junior Alyssa Faville recorded a total of 33 digs to become the fifth player in program history with two seasons of at least 400 digs.
