LEXINGTON, Ky. – After a strong academic year, Sun Devil Volleyball has earned a 2024 AVCA Team Academic Award, sponsored by INTENT.
Teams that maintain a year-long GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale earn the award from the AVCA. Arizona State had a 3.55 cumulative GPA in the 2023-24 academic year.
The academic success continues for ASU after the team had numerous honors earlier this school year. Mary Shroll and Maddie McLaughlin both earned CSC Academic All-District awards. Additionally, the team as a whole had eight on the 2023 Fall Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll.
