EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern hits the road for two weekend matches in the northeast this weekend. The Wildcats will face Rutgers on Friday at 5 p.m. CT before heading to College Park to battle Maryland on Saturday at 7 p.m. CT. Friday’s contest will be televised live on BTN with Larry Punteny (play-by-play) and Emily Ehman (analyst) on the call. Saturday’s match will air on B1G+.
Last Time Out
Northwestern (13-7, 2-6 B1G) dropped both its matches last weekend in three sets to Maryland at home and No. 3 Nebraska on the road. First-year Sienna Noordermeer appeared in her first two collegiate matches for the ‘Cats at setter, collecting 61 assists and 17 digs across both matches.
