Women's Volleyball Drops 2022 Schedule


NORTH ANDOVER, MASS – The Merrimack College Women’s Volleyball team, led by head coach Stephanie Kazmierczak, announced their 2022 schedule which is set to begin in late August. Home games will be played on Hammel Court with the schedule featuring 14 conference games where each team is played twice. There will be 12 non-conference games played featuring a highly anticipated matchup against NEC’s recently departed Bryant. 
 
The Warriors open up the season with 11 straight non-conference games, beginning with a road double-header against the University of New Hampshire and Saint Peter’s University on August 26th. The following day, they remain in New Hampshire to play an afternoon game against Hartford University. The Warriors play their first home game against the College of Holy Cross on Tuesday, August 30th. After a lengthy rest, play continues with six straight away games over a week’s stretch beginning with Siena College on September 9th in Hanover, NH. The Warriors remain in Hanover to play a double-header against Dartmouth College and Lehigh University on September 10th. Road play continues as the team travels to West Virginia to play, yet again, another double-header against West Virginia University and Delaware State University on September 15th. The following day, the Warriors wrap up the six-game stretch with a game against Binghamton University at 12 PM. The team returns to the Merrimack campus to rematch UNH on September 21st, which halts non-conference play until late October. 
 
Northeast Conference play begins with three straight road games against Fairleigh Dickinson University on September 23rd, Saint Francis University on September 24th, and concludes with a highly anticipated matchup against NEC’s newly added member, Stonehill College on September 30th. After a week’s rest, the Warriors return home to play back-to-back games against St. Francis Brooklyn College and Long Island University on October 7th and 8th. This is followed by back-to-back road games against Sacred Heart University and Central Connecticut State University on October 14th and 15th. The Warriors return home to play Stonehill on October 21st at Hammel Court. The Warriors then travel to take on the NEC’s recently departed Bryant University on October 26th, which wraps up non-conference play. The team then plays a…
