Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza has announced that their opposite hitter, Yuri Romanò, has been diagnosed with a muscular issue in the rectus abdominis following diagnostic tests conducted earlier today.
The setback came after Romanò had to exit the match near the end of the second set during the Del Monte Supercup SuperLega semifinal.
The extent of the injury has prompted the medical team to undertake daily assessments to closely monitor Romanò’s condition and determine the timeline for his recovery.
