– Against its first round opponent – California – the Wildcats are 6-4 all-time including a 3-1 win over then-No. 11 Golden Bears on March 26 this season.
– Arizona earned their 18th win of the season with their 3-2 win over LBSU in the Arizona Invitational.
– The Wildcats are seven wins away from tying their record for most wins in a season (25) with the Pac-12 Championships and post season play left to break the record.
– Pair Sarah Blacker and Maja Kaiser currently have the most wins and the highest winning percentage of the Wildcats. They are 22-6 on court two giving them a win percentage of .786. This pair has been on the top of the Wildcats leaderboard for the entirety of the season.Β
– Jasmine Safar comes in behind Kaiser/Blacker with a record of 19-9 (.679) with partners Dana Parker (6-2) and Dilara Gedikoglu (13-7).Β
– Freshman Annie Kost, the only freshman to see match play, is currently 9-7 on courts one and five with partners Hope Shannon and Alex Parkhurst.Β

– Second most wins in the 2022 season and second highest win percentage
– Currently 13th in program history for career wins and 12th in win percentage
2021 Recap
– The 2021 season saw an overall record of 22-6 (9-2 Pac-12). This was the second most wins in program history and the most wins in the Pac-12.
– The Sand Cats spent the last five weeks of the 2021 season in the Top 10 of AVCAβs weekly rankings, finishing in the 10th spot. This is the longest top-10 streak and the highest final ranking for the Cats since 2017.
