Valley City, ND – The Presentation College Saints fell to the Valley City Vikings in straight sets. The Vikings won 25-23, 25-22, 25-18. The loss drops the Saints record to 11-9 on the season, and 1-6 in conference play.
The Saints were led offensively by Constence Rollins with nine kills. Ashley Alfonso, Kerstin Knopik, and Becca Payne each had six kills.Olivia Corey had 18 assists, while Sydney Miller had 11.
Defensively, The Saints were led by Kenzie Kuxhaus who had 16 digs. Also recording double digit digs was Laura Babcock with 15, and Corey with 11. Rollins had the team’s lone solo block, along with three block assists.Alfonso and Knopik each had two block assists.
Up Next: The Saints will host Mayville State on Tuesday, October 12. The JV match starts at 5pm, while the varsity match starts at 7pm.
