The International Volleyball Hall of Fame (IVHF) announced the nominations for induction into the prestigious hall of fame, including two remarkable personalities in paravolley.
Barry Couzner OAM of Australia, the former president of World ParaVolley (WPV), and Hadi Rezaei, multi-medallist head coach from Iran, who stand as pillars of leadership and excellence in the sport, deserving of recognition for their immense contributions.
Barry Couzner, a distinguished leader in the paravolley community, has dedicated his life to the advancement and promotion of the sport. As the former president of WPV, Couzner has steered the organization towards unprecedented growth across the globe. His visionary leadership has transformed World ParaVolley, making it a widely functional organisation.
Hadi Rezaei, an iconic figure in coaching, has consistently displayed unparalleled expertise and commitment to excellence. With a stellar coaching career marked by numerous accolades and victories, Rezaei has proven himself as a guiding force for aspiring athletes. His mentorship has not only produced champions but has also fostered a culture of resilience within the paravolley community.
The IVHF Fan Vote, a platform where volleyball enthusiasts worldwide can voice their support for their favorite nominees, is now open for participation. Fans play a pivotal role in determining the Induction Class of 2024, with the top six nominees selected by the public forming a crucial component of the final decision-making process alongside the International Selection Committee votes.

The Fan Vote, which runs for a limited period of two weeks. Voters are encouraged to visit the IVHF website and cast their ballots to support the induction of Barry Couzner and Hadi Rezaei into the International Volleyball Hall of Fame.
