Centennial Conference Athletes of the Week - Oct. 10-16

This marks the final week of awards for cross country as the majority of Centennial teams take this week off from competition in preparation for the CC Championship on Saturday, Oct. 29 at Haverford. Meanwhile, just two weeks remain in the regular season for field hockey, men’s and women’s soccer, and volleyball.

Standouts Ryan Kredell of Haverford men’s cross country, Alex Ross of Johns Hopkins women’s cross country and Anna Scott of Johns Hopkins field hockey each earned CC weekly awards for the third time, with Scott three-peating as Defensive Player of the Week. Other winners this week include Kat Esposito of Washington College field hockey, Chris Richards of Muhlenberg men’s soccer, Sam Farrell of Franklin & Marshall men’s soccer, Rebecca Rosen of Johns Hopkins women’s soccer, Nora Greer of Swarthmore women’s soccer, Helena Swaak of Johns Hopkins volleyball and Ellie Streeper of Swarthmore volleyball.

See below for more details on each of this week’s award winners.
