SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS

BOSTON COLLEGE
The Eagles wrapped up their non conference slate with a 7-5 overall record, most recently defeating North Florida at the LSU invitational, while falling to LSU and San Diego. In the Eagles’ victory over UNF, Halle Schroder earned her fifth double-double of the season. She tallied 22 kills on 47 total attacks, adding 12 digs and three service aces. Over the three matches, Schroder averaged 4.73 kills per set. Audrey Ross followed with 28 kills over the weekend, adding nine blocks. SYRACUSE
At 12-0, Syracuse is off to its best start as a program since 2010 (17-0). The Orange finished non-conference play undefeated for the first time since that 2010 campaign. Syracuse is one of seven remaining unbeaten teams in the country and one of two undefeated ACC teams left, along with No. 1 ranked Pittsburgh. As a team, Syracuse is hitting .263 percent and is limiting its opponents to a .128 clip.
