Four Huskies Headed For U.S. National Team Program

SEATTLE – Four Huskies report for duty this weekend at the U.S. National Team Open Program, which features more than 200 women’s volleyball players in a competitive environment with potential junior national team spots on the line.

Traveling to the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo. are middle blockers Elise Hani and Katy Wessels, outside hitter Madi Endsley, and setter Molly Wilson. All four were starters for the Dawgs last year and will return this fall. The program runs from Friday-Sunday, Feb. 23-25.

The WNT Open Program is used for consideration for selection to both the U.S. Women’s National Team and the U.S. Women’s Collegiate National Team.

Athletes born in 2005 or younger may also be in consideration for selection to the U.S. U21 Women’s National Team that will compete in the 2024 U21 Women’s NORCECA Continental Championship from June 23 to July 1 in Toronto, Canada.
