John Speraw, head coach of the U.S. Men’s National Volleyball Team, and Jamie Davis, CEO of USA Volleyball, discuss the impact a $1 million grant to the SIAC through USA Volleyball and First Point Volleyball Foundation will have on men’s volleyball. The grant will allow the SIAC to add men’s volleyball as a NCAA Division II sport with six of its colleges competing in 2020-21. Along with Morehouse College, other schools adding the sport are Central State University, Benedict College, Fort Valley State University, Kentucky State University and Paine College.
