CAMDEN GIANNI OF GRAND CANYON
MPSF/MOLTEN OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Grand Canyon redshirt senior outside hitter Camden Gianni (Carlsbad, CA) recorded 28 total kills with a .471 hitting percentage through two wins over No. 9 Pepperdine (Apr. 11-12). Gianni averaged a team-high 4.67 kills per set in the series. During the first match, Gianni moved into second-place on GCU’s all-time kills list with 1,297, while hitting an errorless .688 (11-0-16) that night. This is the fourth career MPSF weekly award for Gianni.

NATHAN LIETZKE OF STANFORD
MPSF/MOLTEN DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Stanford fifth-year setter Nathan Lietzke (Austin, TX) anchored the defense in a pair of home wins over No. 13 USC (Apr. 12-13), averaging a team-high 2.57 digs and 1.29 blocks per set. He registered his team-leading eighth double-double of the year with a match-high 11 digs and 31 assists to go with three blocks in Friday’s 3-0 win. On Saturday, he tallied seven digs and a match-high six blocks, including two solo. This is the fourth career MPSF weekly award for Lietzke, each this year.
