Tennessee Wesleyan University – Women’s Volleyball Picked 14th in AAC Preseason Coaches’ Poll

Waleska, Ga.- The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) released the Preseason Coaches’ Poll for women’s volleyball on Monday. The women’s volleyball team was voted No. 14 in the poll. 

The poll was voted on by the conference’s head coaches. 

TWU received 31 total voting points in the poll. Columbia International University earned the most voting points to be named the preseason favorites, nabbing nine first-place votes to finish with 218 voting points. Bryan College was second in the poll, using five first-place votes to finish with 200 total points. Columbia International and Bryan finished as the 2021 AAC Co-Regular Season Champions. Reinhardt University finished third in the poll while Bluefield University was picked fourth. Brenau University, who picked up the final remaining first-place vote, was No. 5 in the poll. 

Tennessee Wesleyan will play eight non-conference games before their first AAC game on Sept. 8 against Union College.
