USI Volleyball adds graduate transfer Green for 2024

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – University of Southern Indiana Volleyball has signed graduate right side hitter Jasmine Green for Fall 2024. Green joins the Screaming Eagles after a four-year stint at Bradley University.

“We’re excited to welcome Jasmine to USI this Fall,” says USI Volleyball Head Coach, Jeffrey Aucoin. “Jasmine had a tremendous impact in her final year at Bradley. We were able to witness first-hand the fierce competitiveness and energy that she is going to bring to our program. We can’t wait to have her on our side of the net this fall.”

Green comes to USI after spending four years at Bradley as a key piece to their offense. In 2023, she led the Braves in kills (258) and points/set (2.72) while producing the second-most digs (236) on the team. In the Missouri Valley Conference, Green ranked eighth in aces/set and top 30 in digs/set and points/set in conference matches. The right side hitter established a career-high in all five major categories in 2023: kills, blocks, assists, aces, and digs. Last season, USI and Bradley faced off at Screaming Eagles Arena where Green threw down 14 kills and nabbed five digs in the Braves’ 3-2 win.

Green will join the Eagles after USI’s impressive 2023 campaign where the program made its first Ohio Valley Conference Championship berth and earned its first tournament victory while going 15-16 overall and 10-8 in conference play.
