As we prepare to celebrate the 2023 Sun Devil Volleyball team and all they accomplished last fall, we want to make you aware of a very special opportunity on the horizon. With preparations for the 2024 campaign already well underway, Coach JJ Van Niel has identified an international trip as a crucial component to the continued growth of the program. Your support is pivotal to making this all happen as it was in helping us get to this point. Your generosity has positioned us to take our student-athletes on the trip of a lifetime across beautiful Brazil!
“The international trip is a great team building opportunity, which is extremely important, as we have and will continue to prioritize our culture,” Van Niel said. “Numerous fans reached out, not about the wins, but how enjoyable we were to watch, because it was clear we were having fun and loved playing with one another.”

In an effort to celebrate the season and continue to raise money for the trip, the team is holding an awards banquet. There is still time to sign up for the banquet, which is on Sunday, February 25 at the Old Spaghetti Factory. While we have our sights eagerly set on the 2024 season, we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate everything this group accomplished during Coach Van Niel’s first year at the helm.
