MONTREAT, NC – The Bryan College Volleyball team played their final match of the regular season on Tuesday night against Montreat. The Cavaliers hung close in Set 1, but Bryan stepped on the gas in Set 2 and Set 3 to cruise their way to another sweep by scores of 25-20, 25-12, 25-14. The Lady Lions conclude the regular season with a 23-5 overall record with a 19-2 record in the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC).
Due to the AAC being split into two divisions, each team earns 0.5 points for a win within their division and 1 point for a win against the opposite division. Bryan finished the season tied with Columbia International University in total points, and both teams will share the AAC Regular Season Championship. This is the second consecutive season that the Lady Lions have been named Regular Season Co-Champions of the AAC.
