Volleyball to Partner with SUNY Cortland Cupboard for Sept. 1-2 Food Drive

The SUNY Cortland women’s volleyball team will be partnering with the SUNY Cortland Cupboard for a food drive during the team’s season-opening Red Dragon Volleyball Classic Sept. 1-2 at Corey Gymnasium in the Park Center.

Fans can leave non-perishable food items in a drop box at the gymnasium during the weekend tournament. Cortland is scheduled to play at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 1, and at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 2 as part of the six-team tournament.

The SUNY Cortland Cupboard is a campus food pantry open for students in need of non-perishable foods and personal hygiene items at no cost. There is no application required to access the Cupboard. Each student needs their SUNY Cortland ID card to swipe in.
