Volleyball Welcomes Britni Jaskot To Staff As Director Of Operations


PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Rutgers head volleyball coach Caitlin Schweihofer has announced the addition of Britni Jaskot as the Director of Volleyball Operations.

Jaskot arrives “On The Banks” from Fairleigh Dickinson where she spent last season as a graduate assistant coach helping the Knights to their first-ever Northeast Conference title and an automatic bid to the 2022 NCAA Tournament appearance. As a member of the Northeast Conference Staff of the Year, she assisted the Knights in playing to its best conference record in program history.

Jaskot also has worked with Kean University’s men’s volleyball program as an undergraduate assistant and served as the head coach for the D.I.G.S. Volleyball Club.

Prior to joining the coaching ranks, Jaskot was a four-year letterwinner at Kean University winning back-to-back NJAC Conference Championships in 2017 and 2018. Her career also includes wins at Quads coed grass volleyball tournament and the Miller Lite Labor Day Classic beach volleyball tournament.

A native of Mahwah, New Jersey, Jaskot earned three Big North Conference Patriot League First-Team All-Division honors, two All-Bergen County Third-Team accolades and was named Mahwah High School’s Most Outstanding Player.

Jaskot earned her undergraduate degree in exercise science with minors in health education and athletic coaching from Kean and is currently working towards her master’s degree in sports management from Fairleigh Dickinson.
