LAMONI – Head women’s volleyball coach Stew McDole has recently announced the signing of Kyndal Garza.  Kyndal hails from Converse, Texas and will be joining the Yellowjacket volleyball program next fall.

McDole commented, “Kyndal is a good fit to the Graceland Women’s Volleyball model.  She is a good student, a good player and a good person.  She a wide set of interests ranging from volleyball and clay target shoot to her church choir.  Kyndal is a four-year high school varsity player as a backrow platform player who has received consistent All-District notice.  Volleyball has been a year-round interest – she plays club ball for the San Antonio Warriors.  We look forward to sharing Kyndal’s future volleyball exploits.”

Garza is a 5’5 defensive specialist and currently a senior at John Paul II Catholic High School.  While attending Graceland, Kyndal intends to major in Psychology and Education.  She is the daughter of Sandy Wiborg and Frank Garza.

The Graceland University Athletic Department and the women’s volleyball program are excited to have Kyndal join the Yellowjackets for next year and are looking forward to watching her rise through the college ranks in her collegiate career.
